Domaine Sainte Rose Garrigue GSM

La Garrigue GSM is a vibrant and expressive red blend from Domaine Sainte Rose, located in the Languedoc region of southern France. Made from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, this wine is named after the region’s aromatic scrubland, “garrigue,” which lends its herbal character to the wine. Hand-harvested and vinified with minimal intervention, this blend is designed to showcase ripe southern fruit, a touch of wildness, and a structure that reflects the warmth and ruggedness of the Mediterranean landscape.

Bold aromas of blackberries, dried herbs, and cracked pepper. On the palate, ripe plum and black cherry meet hints of liquorice, thyme, and smoky spice, with supple tannins and a savoury finish.
