Fruit driven with a tiny dosage, this Champagne is perfect as an aperitif where you can appreciate its open full character at its best.
Champagne Mandois Brut Origine is a classic non-vintage Champagne from the family-owned house in Pierry on the Côte des Blancs. Crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier sourced across their own vineyards and partner plots, this elegant cuvée is matured for over three years on lees to build complexity and finesse.
Pale gold in colour with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose reveals white fruit—peach and apricot—followed by honeyed and toasted hazelnut notes. On the palate, it is fresh on entry, yet full-bodied and rich, offering fruity and pastry-inspired layers with a long, textured finish.
Contains sulphites.
Brut Origine was the first cuvée created by Claude Mandois in 1982—without guidance from his father or grandfather—marking his arrival as ninth-generation cellar master. The wine’s consistent style is achieved by blending three vintages and all three Champagne grape varieties, reflecting the house’s dedication to balance and heritage. The dosage is kept low (around 7 g/L) to maintain freshness, while the extended lees aging ensures richness and depth.
