Torre Dei Vescovi Pinot Grigio

Torre dei Vescovi Pinot Grigio is a crisp, elegant white from the Colli Vicentini hills in Vicenza, Veneto. Made entirely from hand-harvested Pinot Grigio grapes grown on clay-calcareous soils in Montecchio Maggiore, it’s fermented and aged for six months on lees in stainless steel to retain freshness and enhance texture.

Pale straw in colour, this wine shows delicate floral aromas—think white blossom and light rose petals—followed by fresh pear, citrus zest, and a smooth, slightly creamy mouthfeel. The finish is clean, refreshing, and gently minerally.

Torre dei Vescovi is the premium label of Cantina Colli Vicentini, a co-operative founded in 1955 by local growers. The name honours “Rocca dei Vescovi”, a nearby medieval castle, and reflects the estate’s effort to elevate its top grapes through meticulous hand-picking and extended lees ageing—producing a Pinot Grigio that’s both approachable and classically elegant.
