A tiny parcel of older Red Burgundy from our favourite producer in Nuits-St-Georges. 2003 was a delightful vintage for reds offering good depth of fresh fruit.
Remoriquet Nuits St Georges 1er Cru 2003 is a classic red Burgundy from one of the region’s top vineyards. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this Premier Cru wine combines the power of Nuits St Georges with finesse and ageing potential. The 2003 vintage was marked by hot weather, resulting in ripe, concentrated fruit and rich textures.
Aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry, earth, and subtle spice. The palate is full-bodied with flavours of dark fruit, leather, and forest floor, balanced by smooth tannins and a long finish.
Contains sulphites.
2003 was a warm vintage in Burgundy, producing wines with generous fruit and structure, making this a rich and approachable expression of Nuits St Georges Premier Cru.
