Saint Clair Pioneer Block Pinot Noir is a single-vineyard red wine from Marlborough, New Zealand. Sourced from carefully selected parcels known for their distinct microclimates, this Pinot Noir showcases the precision and vibrancy for which Marlborough has become known. Fermented in small open-top vats and aged in French oak, it’s a wine that combines bright fruit with subtle structure.
Aromas of dark cherry, plum, and spice with a hint of forest floor. The palate is silky and balanced, with flavours of red berry, black tea, and toasted oak, finishing with soft tannins and gentle acidity.
Contains sulphites.
Each “Pioneer Block” wine comes from a uniquely identified site, named in honour of Marlborough’s early settlers—highlighting the diversity of terroir within the region.
