This organic Muscadet has both freshness with minerality and a creamy texture. A perfect summer wine, this is extremely versatile with fish dishes.
Huchet Chemin des Prieurés Muscadet is a crisp, mineral-driven white from the Loire Valley, crafted by fourth-generation winemaker Jérémie Huchet. Sourced from old vines grown on gneiss and granite soils, this Muscadet is made with extended lees aging to enhance texture and complexity, while retaining the freshness the region is known for.
Bright aromas of lemon peel, sea spray, and green apple. The palate is dry and saline, with flavours of citrus, white flowers, and a subtle almond note, finishing clean and brisk with a light, leesy roundness.
Contains sulphites.
This is a serious take on Muscadet, made from low-yielding old vines and aged on the lees to bring added texture and length. A great example of how Muscadet can be more than just a seafood wine—though it still shines with oysters.
