Canxa Cava is a vibrant and refreshing sparkling wine from Penedès, Spain, crafted using the traditional method with native grape varieties—Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. Aged on lees for added complexity, this Cava is an excellent example of the region’s ability to produce high-quality sparkling wines that offer both character and exceptional value. It’s a perfect choice for any celebration or as an everyday sparkler.
Crisp aromas of green apple, citrus, and fresh herbs with hints of almond and baked bread. The palate is dry and lively, showing flavours of lemon zest, pear, and brioche, with a clean, refreshing finish.
