Hanewald Schwerdt Monkey Morio is a dry white wine from the Pfalz region in Germany, made from the rare Morio Muskat grape variety. The wine offers a fresh and aromatic style, combining floral and fruity notes with crisp acidity. It’s a less common grape that produces approachable and lively wines.
Aromas of citrus, green apple, and subtle floral hints. The palate is fresh and zesty with flavours of lemon, lime, and a touch of spice, finishing clean and refreshing.
Contains sulphites.
Morio Muskat is a crossing between Silvaner and Muscat, and while rare, it produces aromatic wines that stand out for their freshness and floral character.
