Recioto Classico Gambellara

Recioto Classico di Gambellara is a luscious and historic sweet wine from the Veneto region of northern Italy, traditionally made from Garganega grapes dried on straw mats to concentrate their sugars and flavours. This ancient winemaking technique, known as appassimento, results in a rich and complex dessert wine. Produced in the heart of the Gambellara Classico zone, this Recioto showcases both the volcanic soils of the region and a deep-rooted tradition of artisanal craftsmanship.

Intense aromas of dried apricot, orange peel, honey, and almond. The palate is velvety and sweet, offering flavours of candied citrus, fig, acacia honey, and a hint of spice, with fresh acidity balancing the richness.

Contains sulphites.
