Baias Wine Tsitska-Tsol

Baias Wine Tsitska-Tsol is a natural white blend from the Imereti region of western Georgia, combining two indigenous grape varieties: Tsitska and Tsolikouri. Produced by a small, family-run winery using traditional Georgian methods with minimal intervention, this wine is made with spontaneous fermentation and low sulphur, offering a textured and characterful profile that reflects both grape and place.

Aromas of yellow pear, chamomile, and dried herbs. The palate is dry and slightly grippy, with notes of quince, citrus peel, and apricot, supported by fresh acidity and a lightly nutty finish.

Contains sulphites.
