This Saperavi displays deep ruby with garnet hues, offering aromas of blackberry, pomegranate, cherry, and chocolate. Soft tannins and moderate acidity support a rich, velvety palate with dried fruit notes and a long, satisfying finish. Perfect with pork, lamb, pasta, or aged cheeses.
Saperavi Grande Valley is a dry red wine from Ukraine, made from 100% Saperavi grapes cultivated near the Black Sea coast. Some bottlings are matured for at least six months in French oak barrels, while special “Barrique” editions are aged for up to 24 months, giving the wine depth and complexity. Deep ruby-garnet in colour, it expresses both intensity and elegance.
