From the Southern end of Beaujolais comes this sweetly fruited Brouilly with ripe black cherry, blackberry and a hint of spice. Unoaked, this is all about juicy fruit with just enough grip that it would elevate grilled meats or veg!
Olivier Ravier Brouilly is a red wine from the Brouilly appellation in Beaujolais, France. Made from 100% Gamay, it represents a fresh and fruit-forward style, with careful attention to traditional winemaking that respects the variety’s natural vibrancy.
