Moulin-à-Vent Couvent des Thorins is a refined red wine from one of Beaujolais’s most esteemed crus, Moulin-à-Vent. Made by the Thorins family at their historic convent estate, this wine is crafted from 100% Gamay grapes grown on granite-rich slopes. It combines expressive fruit with aging potential, offering more structure and complexity than classic Beaujolais.

Bright aromas of wild red cherry, raspberry, and violet mingle with savoury hints of black pepper and gently toasted spice. The palate is medium-bodied yet dense, showing juicy red fruit, delicate minerality, and a fine-grained tannic framework that leads to a persistent, savoury finish.
