Roditis is a naturally pink skinned grape grown all over Greece and its Islands. It has many different clones. These grapes are harvested at night to retain fresh acidity. Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks and only the natural yeast found on the grapes and in the vineyard is used.
Vibrant melon and tropical notes along with hints of summer berries, vanilla & chamomile
Contains sulfites.
