Argyros Cuvée Evdemon is the flagship dry white wine from Estate Argyros on Santorini, produced exclusively from old-vine Assyrtiko. Pale gold in colour, it displays intense aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit and white peach, layered with flinty mineral notes and subtle hints of sea salt. The palate is powerful yet beautifully poised, combining concentrated citrus fruit with piercing acidity and remarkable length, making it a wine with exceptional ageing potential.

The grapes for Cuvée Evdemon come from some of the oldest ungrafted Assyrtiko vines on Santorini, many of which are over 150 years old. Thanks to the island's volcanic soils, which have never been affected by phylloxera, these ancient vines continue to grow on their original rootstocks. The name Evdemon, meaning "good spirit" or "good fortune", reflects the estate's belief that this exceptional vineyard produces one of the purest expressions of Santorini's unique volcanic landscape.
