Oneiric Shiraz

Oneiric Shiraz is a bold red wine from the Elgin Valley in South Africa, a cool-climate region better known for elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Despite this, Shiraz thrives here, producing wines with vivid fruit and refined structure. The grapes are hand-harvested and matured in a mix of French oak barrels to enhance complexity without overpowering the natural character of the fruit.

Aromas of black cherry, pepper, and hints of smoked meat. The palate is rich and smooth, with layers of blackberry, dark chocolate, clove, and a touch of vanilla, balanced by fresh acidity and supple tannins.

Contains sulphites.
