Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 from Cave de Fleurie is a vibrant, early-released Gamay crafted from vines planted on Fleurie’s characteristic pink granite soils. Fermented using traditional semi-carbonic maceration, it delivers the youthful exuberance expected of Nouveau while retaining the elegance typical of this celebrated cru. Bright red fruit aromas burst from the glass, with soft tannins and a lively, juicy palate that makes this wine instantly approachable.

Cave de Fleurie is one of the oldest cooperative wineries in Beaujolais, founded in 1927 by local growers determined to preserve their village’s identity.
